so
"it is of nothing" is a phrase my dad used constantly when I was growing up. I finally asked him about it tonight and he said he got it as a direct translation from the Spanish phrase,"de nada."
Me: When did you start using the phrase?
Dad: I don't know. I just always said it. i liked it. so i always said it.
The phrase kinda represents his general approach to life..."it is of nothing.." "don't worry about it, it's nothing to get worked up over."
Being an artist/composer...my dad always had a huge impact on my artistic pursuits This blog "is of nothing"....really....but those passions of mine. enjoy.
